It states that we cannot conclude social media is sufficiently safe for children and adolescents and outlines immediate steps we can take to mitigate the risk of harm to children and adolescents.
I have caught myself numerous times just swiping up or down meaningless social media posts and videos then I'm not doing anything else. So the time to just sit, relax and reflect is shrinking every single day. I also deleted Instagram and Facebook last night after our conversation. Still trying to figure out how to take YouTube out from my life 🙂, but it's a start!
