Puneet Kumar

Puneet Kumar is passionate about helping young adults build emotional resilience and self-discipline. With over a decade of dedication to mental fitness and emotional intelligence education, Puneet ran an after-school mental fitness program for two years and has led seminars across schools and tennis academies in the Dallas Metroplex, empowering young people to master their emotions and overcome life’s challenges. He has also helped high school students set up Emotional Intelligence clubs at their schools, providing guidance and support to help them successfully run the clubs. As a former mental fitness coach for high school varsity tennis teams and leading tennis academies, he has seen firsthand how emotional skills like self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation can significantly enhance both personal and athletic performance.

With over 30 years of experience in governance, cybersecurity, operational risk, and enterprise solution delivery, Puneet balances his corporate career with his commitment to emotional intelligence education. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan with a focus on Corporate Strategy.

Puneet wrote My House Within to provide young adults with a practical guide to mastering their emotions, building resilience, and aligning their actions with their values. Drawing from both his personal experiences and professional expertise, Puneet aims to equip young people with the tools they need to thrive in both academic and personal settings, helping them unlock their inner strength and confidently face life’s challenges.
